Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a well-known Melbourne bakery team. We are seeking motivated and reliable Baker / BOH staff to assist with high-volume bakery operations, including baking, mixing, shaping and proving dough. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your bakery and BOH experience in a structured, fast-paced environment.

If you are reliable and motivated Baker/ BOH staff, this is the perfect opportunity to join the team in Collingwood and Richmond and support daily production operations.

What do you do?

• Mix, shape, prove, and bake dough products.
• Follow kitchen/bakery production schedules.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and food-safe workstations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Afternoon and evening shifts approx.

What do you need?

• Previous bakery, BOH, or kitchen-hand experience.
• Availability for afternoon/evening/overnight shifts.
• Ability to work at pace and stand for long periods.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
