They’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth, build long-term customer relationships and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

What will you do?

Develop and manage key commercial and industrial accounts, building trust-based relationships
Provide consultative sales support, recommending the right product mix to meet customer needs
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
Achieve weekly sales activity targets including meetings and calls
Negotiate and close deals with a margin-driven mindset
Collaborate effectively across internal teams while upholding company values

What do you need?

Proven success in business development or sales within commercial or industrial markets
Experience managing complex accounts and negotiations
Strong financial acumen with knowledge of pricing, margins, and profitability management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (Pipedrive desirable)
Self-motivated, disciplined, resilient, and results-driven
Strategic thinker with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes
