Woods & Co. recruitment has partnered with a growing Melbourne-based company that designs and builds custom installations for the hospitality and events industry. From pubs and clubs to restaurants and brand activations, their products bring creativity and functionality together, all manufactured right here in their local workshop.
  
As the team continues to expand, they’re now on the lookout for a skilled Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join their production crew. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid fabrication experience who enjoys working in a hands-on, creative environment.

What do you do?

• Fabricate and assemble custom products using timber, laminates, and composite materials
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate builds
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Fit and finish components including trims, doors, and fixtures
• Collaborate with a small team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

What do you need?

• Qualified Cabinet Maker or experienced Joiner
• Proven experience in fabrication or workshop-based manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
