Woods & Co have partnered up with one of Queensland top commercial landscape companies, who have secured a strong amount of work already for 2025, which has led to the appointment of a Construction Manager to join the team.

What do you do? 

• Client Service - we have great clients and they need to be treated as such.
• Delivering outstanding outcomes
• Leading and motivating a team of 10 to achieve results on time and on budget
• Hard Landscaping (fencing, paving, concreting, decks, retaining walls etc.)
• Soft Landscaping (laying turf, planting, mulching etc.)
• Irrigation installation and setting

What do you need?

• Absolute commitment to flawless results
• Demonstrated experience with meeting targets and managing a team
• Must be a qualified landscaper with previous site supervisor experience in the industry
• Is extremely hard-working, motivated and driven
• Ability to show initiative and take action when required
• Works well under pressure
• Is punctual and honest
• Flexible and enthusiastic
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• All-round team player
• Must have a driver's license

• Salary package for Construction Manager $160,000-$230,000 + Super + Car.
