Customer Experience Coordinator

Woods & Co Recruitment is working with one of Australia’s most recognised names in automotive care, based in Mulgrave. This role promises fast-paced environment and motivated team hence their major presence within the automotive industry. Offering a strong focus on culture and internal growth, they’re now looking to expand their Customer Service team.

You’ll be handling communications with customers, assisting them through automotive enquires. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that keeps the wheels turning.

If you’ve got experience in customer service or admin, this is a solid opportunity to step into a new role.  You’ll be part of a growing team that values reliability, clear communication, and getting things done.

What you'll do? 
  • Handling inbound calls and emails, resolving enquiries and scheduling services
  • Outbound calls to confirm bookings and follow up on service requests (Warm Leads)
  • Manage bookings, orders, invoices, and warranty documents
  • Maintain records in fleet portals and liaising with dealerships on memberships
  • Coordinate stock shipments and assist with inventory control
  • Generate reports, track information, and input invoices via CRM
  • Supporting onsite scheduling, audits, compliance, and OH&S tasks
  • Assisting the team with ad-hoc duties and general support

What you need?
  • 1-2 years experience in fast-paced administrative, customer service or team support role
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven, positive and collaborative individual
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Willingness to learn and grow
