Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with one of Australia’s pre-eminent automotive retail organisations, representing 14 automotive brands across Melbourne and now Adelaide. They are in need of Inbound/Outbound Consultants to join their expanding team!

What do you do?

• Manage incoming & outgoing calls
• Creating and coordinating sales appointments
• Creating and coordinating service bookings
• Following up on service and repair requirements
• Accurate transcription of customer data into specific CRM systems
• Delivery of exceptional customer service
• Efficient resolution of customer enquiries
• Capturing customer-compliant information including follow up
• Structuring, scheduling and management of appointments as required

What do you need?

• 3+ years experience in contact centre service highly regarded
• Outbound sales experience is highly valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Energy, vibrancy, and a genuine attitude to succeed
• Exceptional capacity for building rapport
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to multitask
