Inbound/Outbound Consultants to join their expanding team!
What’s in it for you? - $55,000 - $60,000 base + superannuation + bonus

What do you do? - Manage incoming & outgoing calls
- Creating and coordinating sales appointments
- Creating and coordinating service bookings
- Following up on service and repair requirements
- Accurate transcription of customer data into specific CRM systems
- Delivery of exceptional customer service
- Efficient resolution of customer enquiries
- Capturing customer-compliant information including follow up
- Structuring, scheduling and management of appointments as required
What do you need? - 3+ years experience in contact centre service highly regarded
- Outbound sales experience is highly valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energy, vibrancy, and a genuine attitude to succeed
- Exceptional capacity for building rapport
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to multitask
