Combining design, sustainability, and affordability, this group continues to expand rapidly with a pipeline of more than 1,000 new builds over the next 36 months!

They are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their growing construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and driven professional to contribute to a high-performing team, supporting projects through the entire lifecycle, from take-offs to cost management and supplier liaison

What you will do

Prepare accurate bills of quantities, production estimates and cost breakdowns
Generate and manage purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
Review take-offs and ensure accuracy of material and labour requirements
Collaborate with construction and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor project costs and maintain margin targets
Support projects through their full lifecycle, including variation management and cost tracking
Provide margin and cost reports to directors and stakeholders

What you need

Minimum three years’ experience in a residential estimating role, medium-density experience is highly regarded.
Qualifications in Building, Construction, or a relevant trade background are desirable.
Strong understanding of the construction process, terminology, OHS requirements, and residential codes.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
