Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered up with a leading events and hospitality group in search for an experienced Event Manager.

What’s in it for you?
  • $75,000 - $80,000 + Super.

  • Full time role with consistent Tuesday to Saturday Roster. 
What do you do?
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and delivery, from creative concept to post-event reporting. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life. 
  • Deliver seamless events with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Coordinate all aspects of events including logistics, catering, suppliers and staffing.
  • Ensure timelines, budgets and operational logistics are tightly managed. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and innovative approaches to event planning.
What do you need?
  • 2+ years experience as an Event Manager in a hospitality setting (catering preferred).
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple events and logistics. 
  • Exceptional organisational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Proficient in event management software (Priava preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Creative mindset and a passion for delivering memorable events and guest experiences. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
