With operations across multiple continents and a dynamic leadership team based here in Melbourne, they’re on the hunt for a switched-on, energetic Finance Officer / Procurement Specialist to join the South Yarra HQ.

What do you do? - Managing day-to-day finance activities including AP/AR, bank recs and invoicing
- Supporting month-end reporting, reconciliations and budgeting
- Overseeing procurement processes and supplier negotiations
- Managing supplier contracts, purchase orders and inventory spend
- Working closely with operations, logistics and senior management to streamline systems
What do you need? - 2–5 years’ experience in a finance or procurement role (logistics/supply chain a bonus)
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field
- Strong systems knowledge – intermediate to advanced Excel, ERP exposure ideal
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be dealing with internal teams and global suppliers
- High attention to detail, time management and accountability
