Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a boutique financial planning firm located in the heart of South Yarra. With a strong reputation for personalised service and holistic advice, the business is looking to add an experienced and ethical Financial Adviser to the team.

What do you do? - Deliver high-quality, holistic financial advice tailored to each client’s goals
- Manage and grow an existing book of clients
- Provide advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, personal insurance, and estate planning
- Build long-term client relationships with regular reviews and strategic updates
- Ensure all advice and documentation is compliant and in the client’s best interest
What do you need? - Relevant qualifications (FASEA-approved degree or equivalent)
- ASIC Authorised Representative with an existing client base (ideal, not essential)
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser in Australia
- Strong communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
