We’re on the hunt for an experienced and confident Lead Generation Specialist to join this global team and help drive business growth through outbound calls and quality lead nurturing. With a modern workspace, supportive leadership and a strong international presence, this is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

What you’ll be doing: - Make outbound calls to prospective clients using an internal CRM/database
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover
- Monitor and report on call statistics and conversion performance
- Provide feedback and ideas to enhance marketing and outreach campaigns
What you’ll need: - 3+ years experience in telemarketing, lead generation or outbound B2B sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative
- Proactive and results-driven attitude
- Experience working in a target/KPI-driven environment
