Woods & Co has a fantastic opportunity on offer for a Maintenance Supervisor who has had a minimum of 3 years of experience to start work immediately. 

What do you do?

• Ensure all site work is conducted safely and without harm to yourself, those working with you or the general public.
• With your team, carry out prescribed works such as mowing, hedging, weeding, planting trees and plants, laying turf, mulching, timber edging, arboriculture, spraying, irrigation repairs/inspections and machinery operation. 
• Actively develop the skills, competency and knowledge of apprentices working with you, with an aim of maximizing their productivity and job satisfaction
•  Build and maintain positive working relationships with all clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Ensure all interaction with the public demonstrates respect and courtesy and enhances the reputation of the company 
• Provide support to the Landscape Team Leader as required for the effective running of the team

What do you need?

• Qualified in Horticulture
• can-do attitude & enthusiastic mindset
• Ability to interact with customers competently
• Determined to learn and improve skills
• A valid driver’s license
