Woods & Co Recruitment is proud to partner with a boutique creative agency seeking a Marketing Specialist looking to drive business opportunities and grow their brand.
You’ll be given the opportunity to develop their marketing playbook from the ground up and work autonomously to pursue new marketing and growth initiatives.

What will you do?

• Plan and roll out creative marketing initiatives that strengthens the company’s brand, attracts new clients and drives business growth
• Identify and engage potential clients through strategic campaigns, networking and partnerships, turning leads into long-term relationships
• Develop compelling content for digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, websites and print to showcase the agencies expertise
• Attend and contribute to key events, conferences and networking opportunities to build connections and boost brand visibility
• Track marketing performance, report on key insights and refine strategies to maximise impact and achieve business objectives

What do you need?

• You're proactive, innovative and thrive on building brands and developing business opportunities
• With previous experience in a similar role, you have a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Ability to craft and execute integrated campaigns across both traditional and digital media
• Confident in managing and growing engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook while producing high-quality thought leadership content
• Highly skilled in CRM systems, content management tools and digital marketing platforms, with a knack for storytelling and design
