Wood & Co Recruitment have partnered with a national events company that brings together some of Australia’s most loved food, drink and lifestyle events. They’re currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive attendance and raise the profile of their events.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion the food, beverage and lifestyle space looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and combine creativity with data to drive engagement.

 What will you do?

• Develop and execute EDM campaigns to promote events and memberships
• Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Monitor and report on email performance to drive future improvements
• Prepare and execute multichannel campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align messages and timelines
• Support the creation of content (copy, images, video) for EDMs, social media and website promotions
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve campaigns

 What do you need?

• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role — preferably in events, hospitality or lifestyle
• Experience designing and executing EDM campaigns (using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot)
• Familiar with customer databases, segmentation and automation
• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, adaptable and eager to learn and innovate
• Passion for food, wine and delivering great experiences is a plus
