This versatile role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in sales portal management, targeted marketing campaigns, executive support from the Director, and day-to-day administration. We are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive
Marketing Executive to join the team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for marketing activities across multiple residential projects, managing end-to-end campaigns, coordinating creative media, and ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels.

What do you do? - Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for real estate development projects, including advertising, project branding, and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide creative and administrative support that ensures campaign success.
- Manage and monitor marketing initiatives, lead generation, media campaigns, and advertising performance.
- Coordinate and support conferences, presentations, and new business submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including developers, agents, and consultants.
- Analyse campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimising marketing initiatives.
- Support the rollout of media campaigns and assist with strategic upselling opportunities.
- Assist with site selection, market analysis, pricing consultation, and other project-specific marketing activities.
- Provide marketing support across all stages of the project lifecycle, from campaign strategy to post-sale follow-up.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
What do you need? - Prior experience within Real Estate, Project/ Property Marketing
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing (property or commercial real estate experience is a plus)
- Experience with Creative Suites, Digital and Marketing Channels (Canva/ EDM /data management platforms)
- Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills; and
- The successful applicant will be a flexible multi-tasker with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
