Woods & Co is excited to be partnering with a fast-growing residential New Home Builder launching a brand-new display home in Melbourne’s booming west. With premium house and land packages in Deanside and a strong market presence, this is a rare chance to join a small, agile team where your focus is purely on selling – no admin, no distractions.

As their newest New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll be fully trained and supported to hit the ground running before the display village opens later this year. If you’re driven by results, love meeting people face-to-face, and want to be rewarded for your hustle, this could be your ticket to earning $150k–$200k+ OTE in your first year.

What’s in it for you?

• $65,000 base salary (inclusive of super)
• Performance based tiered commission with realistic OTE of $200k–$240k+
• No admin – full sales support team handles contracts and paperwork

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to contract signing
• Manage buyer walk-ins and qualified leads in the Deanside display home
• Provide expert advice on floorplans, packages, and build processes
• Build strong relationships with customers, developers, and referral partners
• Hit (and exceed) your sales targets while delivering a 5-star client experience
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth handovers and post-sale follow-up
• Be an integral part of the launch phase and ongoing growth strategy

What you’ll need:

• Experience in new home sales, property, or high-value B2C sales
• Driven by targets and passionate about helping customers make big decisions
• Strong people skills and confidence in face-to-face sales
• Excellent presentation and communication
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable car
• Willingness to work Saturday-Wednesday (your Thursdays and Fridays are free!)
