Office Coordinator

Woods & Co Recruitment are seeking a highly organised Office Coordinator to support daily operations across procurement, logistics, customer service, and business data management. This role is central to keeping the business running smoothly and offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of how the organisation operates.

What do you do?
  • Provide professional and timely customer support via phone and email
  • Manage and process customer orders, including backorders, invoicing, and online portal updates
  • Liaise with international suppliers on stock availability and freight coordination
  • Maintain CRM, ERP, and reporting systems with accurate data
  • Generate and distribute key business reports (sales, backorders, stock levels, etc.)
  • Support purchasing, logistics, and stocktake processes
  • Act as the central link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
What do you need?
  • Proven experience in office administration, coordination, operations or PA support
  • High-level organisation and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Unleashed, Shiphero, or equivalent desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to grow within the role
