Woods & Co have partnered with a highly regarded commercial property group to appoint an Office Coordinator to their brand-new Melbourne office.

The Role - Greeting clients and managing incoming calls with professionalism
- Overseeing office presentation, including meeting rooms, boardrooms & kitchen
- Coordinating couriers, supplies and general office logistics
- Assisting with database management and incoming client enquiries
- Providing admin support across campaigns, events, and marketing
- Supporting partners with EA tasks such as travel coordination
- Assisting the events team with planning and delivery of functions
About You - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive approach – happy to pitch in wherever needed
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous admin or property experience beneficial, but not essential
What’s on Offer - Salary of $60,000 – $70,000 incl. super (based on experience)
