Office Coordinator

Woods & Co have partnered with a highly regarded commercial property group to appoint an Office Coordinator to their brand-new Melbourne office.

About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to join a well-established, privately owned real estate agency with a national presence. Known for their collaborative culture and client-first approach, they represent a diverse portfolio of investors, developers, syndicators, and ASX-listed companies. From their new South Yarra HQ, you’ll be part of a professional, energetic and social team that values high standards and long-term success.

The Role 
  • Greeting clients and managing incoming calls with professionalism
  • Overseeing office presentation, including meeting rooms, boardrooms & kitchen
  • Coordinating couriers, supplies and general office logistics
  • Assisting with database management and incoming client enquiries
  • Providing admin support across campaigns, events, and marketing
  • Supporting partners with EA tasks such as travel coordination
  • Assisting the events team with planning and delivery of functions
About You 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proactive approach – happy to pitch in wherever needed
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous admin or property experience beneficial, but not essential
