Payroll Officer.
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the wider finance function. With the business utilising
UKG Payroll, prior experience with this system will be highly regarded.

What do you do? - End-to-end processing of payroll using UKG Payroll
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with awards, legislation, and company policies
- Calculating and processing superannuation, PAYG, leave entitlements, and other payroll-related requirements
- Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Acting as the first point of contact for payroll queries across the business
What do you need? - Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment
- Hands-on experience with UKG Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when required
