Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a pharmaceutical business at the forefront of medicinal cannabis and personalised compounding solutions. As they continue to expand, they're looking to hire multiple Pharmacist positions to support the Pharmacist-in-Charge across dispensary and compounding responsibilities.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly specialised area of pharmacy, working with unique therapies and contributing to patient outcomes through advanced compounding and medication management.

What will you do?

• Prepare compounded medications to strict formulas and standards
• Provide counselling and support to patients on their medications
• Oversee medication inventory, procurement, and security
• Maintain thorough documentation and batch records
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Support and guide pharmacy and compounding technicians

What do you need?

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration as a practising pharmacist
• Full working rights in Australia
• Experience in compounding or strong interest in learning
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working in a highly regulated environment
