What do you do?

• Support the Project Management team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
• Handle a variety of tasks including administration, procurement, scheduling, and supplier liaison
• Raise, source, place, and compile purchase orders & subcontract agreements
• Source project costs and negotiate with suppliers & contractors
• Place orders in line with BOQ and project budgets
• Prepare site packs including OH&S documentation
• Work closely with site supervisors to organise deliveries & schedule works
• Manage documentation and assist with reception tasks (answering calls, greeting clients)
• Organise freight for inward and outward goods
• Provide administration support and assist with site meetings  

What do you need?

• Previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Project Admin role
• Strong understanding of residential & commercial building processes
• Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• High level of initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
