Promotional Hospitality Staff

Woods & Co Recruitment is looking for confident, outgoing individuals to join our promotional team for exciting campaigns across Australia. We partner with leading brands to create memorable experiences for the public. From product launches, activations and pop-up events.

Working in small teams, you’ll meet at a central location each day (or on site, depending on the campaign) and head out to a variety of high-traffic locations  including city centres and shopping precincts to beaches, parks, events and festivals. Your role will be to hand out free products, engage with the public and create a memorable brand experience. You’ll be provided with merchandise and branded materials to ensure you represent each brand. 

What’s in it for you?
  • $32.31 – $64.63/hr + Super (depending on role and shift type).
  • Casual ongoing work.
  • Day and afternoon shifts available.
  • Consistent rosters - perfect if you’re available weekly.
  • Work with the same friendly team across the campaign.
What will you do?
  • Hand out free products at busy public locations.
  • Chat with customers and bring the brand to life.
  • Work closely with a supportive on-site supervisor.
  • Represent the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
What do you need?
  • A confident, outgoing personality.
  • Promo, events, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Availability on rostered days for the full campaign period.
  • Reliability – we love keeping great teams together!
