With innovation at the heart of their business, they’re now seeking a talented Research & Development Engineer to join their growing team in Cheltenham.

What do you do?

• Designing and developing innovative payment and self-service solutions

• Conducting R&D on hardware and software prototypes, evaluating emerging technologies

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise product performance

• Supporting testing, validation, and deployment of new systems

• Documenting technical research, project progress, and findings

• Continuously identifying improvements to existing product lines

What do you need?

• Tertiary qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree) in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics

• Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support, or R&D Technician

• Knowledge of ITIL or other service improvement methodologies

• Experience with electronics or electro-mechanical systems (cash accepting/dispensing equipment ideal)

• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies

• Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable working across multiple operating systems
