Designing and developing innovative payment and self-service solutions
Conducting R&D on hardware and software prototypes, evaluating emerging technologies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise product performance
Supporting testing, validation, and deployment of new systems
Documenting technical research, project progress, and findings
Continuously identifying improvements to existing product lines
Tertiary qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree) in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics
Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support, or R&D Technician
Knowledge of ITIL or other service improvement methodologies
Experience with electronics or electro-mechanical systems (cash accepting/dispensing equipment ideal)
Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies
Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable working across multiple operating systems
