What you’ll do: - Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Drive performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and consistent feedback
- Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Manage large stock volumes and ensure operational efficiency
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed commercial decisions
- Create a positive and proactive team environment through strong communication and example-led leadership
What we’re looking for: - Proven retail management or leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of stock management and sales performance
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop team capability
- Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
- Confident, adaptable, and driven approach to achieving results
- Experience in outlet, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality environments highly regarded
