Woods & Co Recruitment is seeking experienced Assistant Store Managers to join a leading Australian retail group, home to iconic lifestyle, apparel, and homeware brands.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
• Drive performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and consistent feedback
• Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Manage large stock volumes and ensure operational efficiency
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed commercial decisions
• Create a positive and proactive team environment through strong communication and example-led leadership

What we’re looking for:

• Proven retail management or leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of stock management and sales performance
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop team capability
• Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
• Confident, adaptable, and driven approach to achieving results
• Experience in outlet, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality environments highly regarded
