Fyshwick and Canberra City.

What you’ll do - Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets
- Provide hands-on training, feedback, and guidance to drive individual and team performance
- Set clear expectations and manage performance with confidence and fairness
- Maintain high standards in visual presentation and operational efficiency
- Analyse store performance data to make strong commercial decisions
- Be a visible leader on the shop floor, creating a positive, inclusive team culture
What we’re looking for - Previous experience in retail management (Store or Assistant Store Manager level)
- Strong selling background and customer-first mindset
- Ability to coach, mentor, and have courageous conversations when needed
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Positive, adaptable attitude and passion for team success
