Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian retail group, known for its women’s wear and lifestyle brands, to find passionate and driven Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers across Fyshwick and Canberra City.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets
• Provide hands-on training, feedback, and guidance to drive individual and team performance
• Set clear expectations and manage performance with confidence and fairness
• Maintain high standards in visual presentation and operational efficiency
• Analyse store performance data to make strong commercial decisions
• Be a visible leader on the shop floor, creating a positive, inclusive team culture

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in retail management (Store or Assistant Store Manager level)
• Strong selling background and customer-first mindset
• Ability to coach, mentor, and have courageous conversations when needed
• Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Positive, adaptable attitude and passion for team success
