Woods & Co are proud to be partnering with a well-regarded land developer making a big impact in the Fraser Rise area, with a growing estate of 1,400 properties. We’re on the lookout for a bright, polished and people-focused Sales Associate to support the sales team and grow within a thriving new homes business.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in hospitality, retail, or front-of-house who’s keen to step into the property space. With no pressure to hit targets, you’ll learn from the ground up, receive ongoing mentorship, and have a clear path toward becoming a New Home Sales Consultant.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and enquiries
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry to appointment scheduling
• Assist with follow-up communications and client care
• Maintain a welcoming and well-organised display office
• Provide support to the Sales Consultant in day-to-day tasks
• Ensure every visitor has a seamless, engaging experience

What you’ll need:

• Experience in a client-facing environment (e.g. hospitality host, receptionist in sales environment, client services)
• High level of professionalism and presentation
• Clear communicator who builds rapport easily
• Interest in real estate, property or sales
• Strong organisation and reliability
• Availability to work Wednesday–Sunday
