Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne’s leading kitchen renovation specialists, renowned for delivering high-quality solutions to some of the city’s most respected builders and construction companies. We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join their growing team!

What’s in it for you?

• $80,000 – $90,000 + Super + Commission + Car Allowance + Fuel Card
• Mostly remote – Melbourne metro focus
• Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
• Office based in North-Western suburbs for occasional team meetings

What do you do?

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with new and existing B2B clients to promote products and services
• Build strong, lasting relationships with construction companies and other commercial clients
• Generate your own leads and manage an existing client portfolio
• Work predominantly within Melbourne metro, with occasional outer-suburb travel
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge

What do you need?

• 5+ years of sales experience 
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or real estate sectors
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently on the road
• A valid driver’s license (vehicle allowance provided)
• Strong time management and organisational skills
