Woods & Co have partnered with a well-established cabinetry business based in Melbourne. Known for delivering quality joinery across residential and commercial projects, they’re now looking for a Sales Consultant to join their growing team.
  
This role is perfect for someone with a background in sales, quoting, or cabinetry design who enjoys working closely with clients and seeing projects through from start to finish.

What do you do?

• Manage warm leads and client enquiries from showroom and online sources
• Conduct in-person consultations, including quoting and sales presentations
• Work with both residential and commercial clients to understand their needs
• Build long-term relationships with builders, architects, and designers
• Support the business through new business development
• Liaise with internal design, production, and install teams to ensure project success
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge  

What do you need?

• Previous experience in sales or business development (cabinetry/kitchen industry preferred)
• A strong understanding of quoting and guiding customers through a full sales process
• Background in or passion for interior design, joinery, or home renovation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a pipeline of warm leads
• Current driver’s license and own vehicle
