Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a well-established Residential Developer to expand their sales team. We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Consultant with a passion for the property industry who is eager to establish themselves with a high-end developer.

This role will initially focus on promoting and driving sales for a residential project in Melbourne’s South-West that is still in its development stage. You’ll be selling through existing channel agent networks, while also creating strategic alliances with reputable wealth creation and property investment groups to generate new opportunities. 

If you have a natural ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales this is the role for you.

What do you do?

• Respond to new client enquiries and qualify leads
• Manage existing sales channels and develop new ones
• Generate new leads and follow up on all queries (including online) to convert prospects into clients
• Present new home communities, floor plans, highlighting features and benefits of prospective buyers
• Assist in closing sales with sales partners and prospects
• Work with architects, builders and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Assist Sales Manager with ad-hoc sales and marketing items as required

What you need?

• 2+ years of New Homes Sales or BDM experience
• Existing relationships within new homes and investment industry highly regarded
• High interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Proactive approach to self-lead generation
• Must be well-presented and confident in client-facing settings
