As a Phone-Based Sales Agent, you’ll be at the front line, speaking with small and medium-sized businesses, uncovering their needs, and helping them secure the best deals in the market. What’s in it for you? - $60,000 - $75,000 + Super + Uncapped commissions (top agents earning $100k+)

What do you do? - Making 40–50 calls per day to an existing database or self-sourced leads
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with SMEs
- Analysing client energy usage and providing tailored solutions
- Negotiating with energy suppliers to secure the best pricing and contracts
- Advising on energy management, efficiency, and sustainability options
What do you need? - Proven sales experience (cold calling experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Problem-solving mindset and great attention to detail
