With a strong national footprint and an experienced leadership team, they’re expanding their sales operations and are now looking for a
Sales Support Officer to play a critical role in driving broker engagement and loan settlements. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first hires in the sales support function and to work closely with some of the best BDMs in the industry.
This is an ideal role for someone highly organised, proactive and eager to work in a fast paced and hands-on role. You’ll help keep BDMs moving by managing broker comms, driving service outcomes and reducing friction through the loan process.

What You’ll Do - Provide daily support to BDMs in managing broker relationships, loan pipeline activity and post-settlement service
- Assist with onboarding and enabling new BDMs
- Respond to SLA-based queries, broker follow-ups and general inbox triage
- Work closely with credit, settlements and customer service to ensure smooth applications and settlements
- Prepare reports, lending summaries and presentations to support BDM activity
- Own the CRM tracking and campaign execution processes
- Help plan and coordinate events, meetings and webinars
What You’ll Bring - Experience in a support, broker admin or coordination role within lending (or strong understanding of the space)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to “walk the walk” when speaking with brokers - know the language and the process
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and desire to contribute to team success
- Interest in sales and career growth in a lender/B2B environment
