They’re now seeking a

What you’ll be doing: - Leading complex commercial and residential property transactions
- Advising on commercial, retail, and industrial leasing, development, and planning
- Acting for national developers, operators, and retailers
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the property team’s continued success
- Providing commercially focused, strategic legal advice
- Supporting business development and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Maintaining a high standard of compliance and legal accuracy
What you’ll need: - 6+ years post-admission experience in property law
- Strong technical skills across sales, acquisitions, leasing, and development projects
- NSW practising certificate in good standing
- Excellent drafting ability and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage files and clients autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
