What will you do?

• Build and nurture relationships with high-value vendors, buyers, and referral networks
• Leverage your local knowledge to drive listing volume and vendor confidence
• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to the growth of the team
• Drive end-to-end campaign management with support from in-house marketing and operations
• Represent a trusted prestige brand with integrity, professionalism, and drive in the Ivanhoe and surrounding markets
• Take initiative in business development and strategic direction alongside senior leadership

  
What do you need?

• Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally as a Senior Sales Consultant or Sales Executive
• Strong existing network and presence in the Ivanhoe/North-East corridor
• A passion for mentoring and lifting others in the team
• Hunger for long-term ownership and career growth, not just transactions
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate and valid Driver’s License
• A polished, professional, and self-driven approach to business
