Woods & Co Recruitment are seeking a proven Store Manager to take the reins of a high-profile flagship store in Chadstone Shopping Centre. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced retailer to lead a well-established, premium home and lifestyle brand known for its luxurious bedding, bath, and homewares, and a reputation for exceptional in-store experiences.

We’re after someone who knows what it takes to run a store smoothly, inspire a team, and elevate the customer experience. Previous Store Manager experience is essential — if you’re ready to step in, take ownership, and make a real impact, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all areas of store operations, driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Manage rosters, budgets, and daily store performance
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team, leading by example on the shop floor
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed flawlessly
• Oversee stock management, loss prevention, and store administration

What you’ll need:

• Previous Store Manager experience, you know the ins and outs of running a store
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A hands-on, inspiring leadership style
