Woods & Co Recruitment are seeking a proven Store Manager to take the reins of a high-profile flagship store in Chadstone Shopping Centre. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced retailer to lead a well-established, premium home and lifestyle brand known for its luxurious bedding, bath, and homewares, and a reputation for exceptional in-store experiences.
We’re after someone who knows what it takes to run a store smoothly, inspire a team, and elevate the customer experience. Previous Store Manager experience is essential — if you’re ready to step in, take ownership, and make a real impact, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do: - Lead all areas of store operations, driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Manage rosters, budgets, and daily store performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team, leading by example on the shop floor
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed flawlessly
- Oversee stock management, loss prevention, and store administration
What you’ll need: - Previous Store Manager experience, you know the ins and outs of running a store
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A hands-on, inspiring leadership style
