What do you do?

• Inspire and lead your team by setting the standard for outstanding customer service while driving sales and meeting KPIs.
• Develop and mentor your team, preparing them for future growth and career progression opportunities.
• Oversee in-store visual merchandising, using your creativity and commercial awareness to enhance product presentation.
• Manage stock effectively, ensuring smooth operations and prioritising tasks to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback to support your team’s development and performance.
• Review sales reports and business insights to make strategic decisions that boost store performance.

  
What do you need:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or a Full Time retail worker looking for a step up
• A passion for the retail industry is a MUST!
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Experience in training and mentoring a team
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
• Ability to manage stock efficiently and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
