Store Manager to lead a busy outlet store for one of Australia’s most iconic and loved casual apparel brands. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a well-established retailer known for quality basics, casual wear, and a commitment to making every customer feel confident and comfortable.
 We’re after someone who can run a store seamlessly, inspire a team, and elevate the customer experience. Previous Store Manager experience is essential, if you’re ready to take ownership and make a real impact, this is the role for you. 
Key Responsibilities:  - Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals
- Drive a high-performing, customer-focused team committed to excellent service
- Maintain smooth store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering
- Analyse sales and performance reports to make informed commercial decisions
- Coach and develop your team, leading by example on the floor
