What will you do? - Provide strategic leadership across multiple client accounts, driving growth and innovation
- Develop and implement long-term account strategies aligned with client and agency objectives
- Build, coach and empower a high-performing account team
- Strengthen client partnerships through insight-led solutions and proactive engagement
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing portfolios
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless campaign and project outcomes
What do you need? - Extensive experience in senior account leadership within marketing, brand or promotional industries
- Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios with a strong commercial focus
- Strategic mindset with demonstrated success in driving growth and client satisfaction
- Strong people leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders
- Deep understanding of below-the-line marketing, brand activations or promotional campaigns
