Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with an incredible Melbourne based lead generation business and are on the hunt for an Account Executive to join their team. This firm works predominately with real estate & tech businesses, to provide appointment setting & prospecting services.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has sales experience and wants to step into a more senior role and progress with their career.

What do you do?

• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Bring on new clients through cross-selling existing relationships
• Maintain relationships to lock in long-term contracts
• Work alongside Melbourne's largest real-estate agencies and tech companies 
• Relationship based work with a results driven focus

What do you need?

• Sales experience in a phone based capacity
• Experience working in real-estate or tech is highly favourable 
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals 
• Prior experience in prospecting 
• Driven and go getter attitude 
• Excellent phone manner and eager to learn
• Police check required/willing to obtain 
• Working holidays visas will be considered
