What do you do? - Act as the first point of contact by welcoming clients, managing calls, and maintaining a professional front-of-house and meeting space.
- Support office operations by managing supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, and ensuring the office is always clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Provide admin assistance including preparing financial packages, ASIC secretarial work, document filing, and general office support.
- Assist the Practice Manager with onboarding/offboarding, internal events, IT liaison, and building management coordination.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties such as raising invoices, WIP reporting, and processing trust account transactions.
- Maintain and update CRM and corporate registers, respond to client enquiries, and ensure client communications are timely and professional.
What do you need? - 3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role
- Experience in a professional services or accounting firm (preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional demeanour
- Familiarity with accounting systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
