We're in search of a
Administration Assistant - Bids & Proposals, tasked to prepare and proposals within the APAC Sales department. This role offers a strong team environment, boasting a collaborative, fun and rewarding environment to flourish.

What do you do? - Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals and assign workings accordingly
- Ability to comprehend client bid documentation, deadlines and submissions with ease.
- Monitor and coordinate the bid processes alongside stakeholder engagement to build effective timelines from start to finish.
- Support consultative processes toward the WIN Strategy meetings and engage in Creative Sessions.
- Ensure all workings are fully documented and team-reviewed across the sales process.
- Contribute to written proposals and ensure best practices for existing and new bid procedures (SharePoint)
- Contribute to the preparation of cost calculations and review at specific intervals.
What do you need? - Qualification: minimum University Graduate in Business related studies and/or Engineering (preferred)
- Must have 2-3 years experience within a Bid and/or Proposal environment, ideally within the Engineering or Construction industry, Government space
- Adept ability in ERP Systems: D365 or Sales Force (preferred)
- Highly articulate with numeracy and sales/estimation calculations
- Proficient Microsoft Suite ability (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Adept ability in ERP Systems: D365 or Sales Force (preferred)
- Sound skills in process mapping and documentation
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
