With major projects on the horizon and rapid business growth, our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounts Assistant to support their expanding team.

What will you do? - Process incoming invoices
- Use SAGE and Xero for invoicing tasks.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and data entry
- Manage emails and correspondence efficiently
- Play a key role in facilitating office culture, events, and networking opportunities
What do you need? - Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or accounts role
- Proficiency in Xero for invoicing (certification preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Construction industry knowledge preferred but not essential
- A vibrant and professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
