You’ll work closely with senior agents to help list and sell major development sites — from market research and client communications through to inspections and marketing campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching sales, market trends, and economic data to support deals
• Preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials
• Attending property inspections and assisting with buyer enquiries
• Supporting the team with client communications and proposal documents
• Coordinating with external suppliers, including creative agencies
• Writing market updates and helping develop content that wins business
• Supporting pitches, events, and marketing campaigns from end to end

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business, Property, Commerce, or similar
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Confidence working with Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A motivated team player who’s eager to learn and grow
• Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to property, real estate or investment
