They are seeking a hands-on, passionate and commercially-minded
Area Manager to oversee 8 stores across the
Newcastle and Central Coast region.
You’ll spend most of your time in-store with your teams, coaching and leading Store Managers to exceed KPIs and budgets, with one office/home based day per week to focus on reporting, admin, and planning.

What do you do? - Lead and support a team of Store Managers across multiple locations
- Drive commercial performance and hit KPIs, budgets and profitability targets
- Spend time on the shop floor coaching, motivating and role modelling great leadership
- Review and analyse performance reports to make data-led decisions
- Deliver high standards of visual merchandising and stock management
- Use one day per week to manage admin and planning tasks
What do you need: - Proven experience in a similar multi-site retail leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence store performance
- A people-first leadership style that encourages growth and accountability
- Excellent time management, with the ability to juggle priorities across multiple sites
- Confidence in giving feedback, coaching teams and managing change
- A passion for retail and a hands-on approach to leadership
