Woods & Co have joined forces with a household name, and pioneer in the fast-food industry across Australia and abroad that is looking to expand and develop their ever-growing team.We are on the hunt for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is self-motivated & passionate about flavour along with an understanding of Melbourne's dynamic and fast-paced food scene.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need skills in both front and back of house of hospitality, outstanding customer service skills & proven experience in working amongst a team.

What do you do?

• Build an amazing, team-oriented culture
• Assist in training staff
• Help with rostering
• Assist in ordering stock
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Create a friendly atmosphere for diners
• Work closely with the Regional Manager

  
What do you need?

• Experience in a hospitality environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment. 
• Demonstrated experience in working with a team.
• A great attitude and passion for customer service.
