The role of the Booking Coordinator is to ensure that customers, both internal and external are provided a reliable service in a professional and timely manner. The role requires bookings to be coordinated with the installers in an efficient and time-efficient manner and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

What do you do? - Answering phone calls, take bookings for work required and/or coordinate with the appropriate department.
- Responding to queries and seeking solutions for clients and team members.
- Entering data and information into our electronics bookings system.
- Confirm job completion with the fleet team and dealerships as required.
- Follow up on missing information required including order numbers for jobs.
- Filing of paperwork in relations to jobs/invoices.
- All other general administration duties as directed by supervisors or managers.
What do you need? - 1-2 years' experience in an admin/customer service role
- Motivated to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can do attitude
