Broker Associate to join their team.
You’ll be managing the client journey from post-strategy to settlement, acting as the key point of contact for both clients and lenders, and owning credit-critical tasks. You’ll work alongside experienced brokers and international team members to ensure a seamless experience for every client, from first-home buyers to seasoned investors.

What you’ll do: - Manage a large pipeline while maintaining strong communication and service levels.
- Oversee all credit-critical tasks including income verification, servicing, valuations, pricing, and loan submission.
- Liaise directly with clients, lenders, conveyancers, and referral partners to progress applications and resolve issues.
- Guide clients through the post-submission and settlement stages with confidence and professionalism.
- Coach and support international Broker Assistants and Client Service Managers on complex loan scenarios.
- Maintain accurate records across systems like BrokerEngine, ApplyOnline, HubSpot, and internal workflow tools.
What you’ll need: - 2–3+ years’ experience in a loan processing, broking or client service role.
- Strong technical knowledge in borrowing capacity, income verification, lender policy, and credit requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you love guiding clients through the loan process.
- Experience with ApplyOnline, FLEX/BrokerEngine, HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (required).
