Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with an award winning mortgage broker Williamstown, Melbourne. As a Para Broker/Broker Support, you will play a key role in supporting our mortgage brokers in delivering exceptional service to clients and ensuring that all loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately.

What you do:

• Sourcing and applying a broad knowledge of lender policy
• Supporting mortgage brokers in all aspects of the credit analysis process, including borrowing capacity calculations, ordering property valuations, packaging and submitting loan applications to banks
• Reviewing bank statements and credit reports
• Managing daily workflow to ensure turnaround expectations are met
• Completing compliance checks in line with requirements
• Liaising with brokers, credit managers, and lenders for requests after loan submission
• File management and follow-ups
• Communicating with brokers, clients, and other stakeholders when required

What you need:

• Cert IV in Mortgage Broking
• 1-2 years of experience as a credit analyst/broker support
• 6 months of myCRM experience (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and myCRM (preferred)
