As a Para Broker/Broker Support, you will play a key role in supporting our mortgage brokers in delivering exceptional service to clients and ensuring that all loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately.

What you do: - Sourcing and applying a broad knowledge of lender policy
- Supporting mortgage brokers in all aspects of the credit analysis process, including borrowing capacity calculations, ordering property valuations, packaging and submitting loan applications to banks
- Reviewing bank statements and credit reports
- Managing daily workflow to ensure turnaround expectations are met
- Completing compliance checks in line with requirements
- Liaising with brokers, credit managers, and lenders for requests after loan submission
- File management and follow-ups
- Communicating with brokers, clients, and other stakeholders when required
What you need: - Cert IV in Mortgage Broking
- 1-2 years of experience as a credit analyst/broker support
- 6 months of myCRM experience (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and myCRM (preferred)
