Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne’s leaders in sustainable waste management, to source an experienced
Sales Consultant to join their team in the South-East Metropolitan region.
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, expanding the company’s supplier base, and fostering sustainable practices to further the company’s commitment to a circular economy.
What’s in it for you? - $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Commission + Bonus + Car Allowance (OTE $120,000-$150,000)

What do you do? - Develop a portfolio of clients and engage with them from a plastics perspective.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance paper and cardboard recycling efforts, aligning with the company’s sustainability mission.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and recycling partners.
- Lead initiatives to boost recycling rates, reduce waste, and support sustainable practices across the supply chain.
- Track and analyse performance metrics, providing insights to guide decision-making.
- Ensure all activities meet relevant waste management and environmental regulations.
What do you need? - Previous experience in sales or account management (waste management, recycling, or environmental sustainability industry preferred)
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to build partnerships and manage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Current driver’s license and own vehicle
