What You’ll Do - Identify and secure new business opportunities across the corporate and major event space.
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, quoting, negotiating and closing.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and industry expos to increase brand exposure.
- Collaborate with the internal operations and creative teams to ensure project delivery.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity and industry innovation.
What You’ll Need - 3+ years’ experience in B2B business development or sales (event industry experience highly regarded).
- A proven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Established and active network.
- A passion for events and creating standout experiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
