An opportunity now exists for an ambitious
Business Development Manager to join their team based in Melbourne. Working directly with the Directors, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding a national network of referral partners.

What you’ll be doing: - Build and maintain relationships with channel agents, wealth creation firms, property investment groups, and finance brokers
- Generate new business through calls, meetings, and networking
- Conduct on-site inspections and facilitate project presentations
- Manage end-to-end referral relationships through a cloud-based CRM and agent portal
- Represent the brand at events and industry functions to grow awareness
- Proactively drive monthly sales results through consistent partner engagement
- Deliver weekly reports and contribute to strategic sales discussions
What you’ll bring: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar BDM or Channel Sales role within residential property or related industries
- Proven success in generating and managing business relationships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive to achieve and exceed KPIs and targets
- Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or after hours when required
