What do you do?
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Respond to the needs of the clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and reach out to potential clients
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics
- Be open to self-promotion on platforms such as LinkedIn and willing to network, attend events, create content to drive personal and business brand
What do you need?
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, specifically selling technical services like development, customer support, project services, application management, or managed services
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
- Demonstrable experience managing complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Understanding of ChatGPT, AI.
