This new business-focused role is national in scope and perfect for a commercially savvy operator with a deep network in the events industry. You’ll be targeting high-value opportunities where just two or three major wins can define the year’s success - all while helping shape the future direction of a business that’s built for scale.

What you’ll be doing: - Identify, develop, and win new business across the events, expos, and activations space
- Work with agencies, resellers, organisers and sporting bodies to build a solid sales pipeline
- Pitch and present end-to-end solutions that span concept, creative, production and execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies across VIC, NSW and QLD markets
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- For the right candidate - step into a leadership role and grow a high-performing team
What you’ll bring: - Comprehensive experience in BDM, sales or commercial roles within events, expos, activations or major event delivery
- A solid network across agencies, event suppliers, venues or sporting organisations
- Proven ability to drive revenue and close complex deals
- Operational event experience is highly regarded
- Passion, drive and commercial acumen - you know how to build and maintain relationships that convert
- A hands-on, can-do attitude - you're not afraid to chase leads and own the sales cycle
