As a Business Development Manager, you will bring your previous experience in real estate and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities, engage with clients, and grow the company’s property portfolio. What will you do? - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth and meet revenue targets
- Conduct market research and stay informed of trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
What do you need? - 3-5 years of experience in business development, ideally in real estate
- Strong understanding of the Melbourne property market
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for real estate and building relationships
