Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne’s most respected real estate agencies to find a talented Business Development Manager who is passionate about driving growth and building lasting relationships in the property sector!
 
As a Business Development Manager, you will bring your previous experience in real estate and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities, engage with clients, and grow the company’s property portfolio. What will you do?

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth and meet revenue targets
• Conduct market research and stay informed of trends and competitor activity
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Represent the company at networking events and industry functions

 
What do you need?

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, ideally in real estate
• Strong understanding of the Melbourne property market
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• A proactive and results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for real estate and building relationships
