Business Development Manager - Sydney

Woods & Co are partnering with a leading FinTech payment solutions provider to find a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their growing Sydney team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales across key product lines including ATMs, Cash Recycler Terminals (CRTs), and Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) - while building and nurturing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in payment technology, working with both new and existing clients across the Sydney metro area and greater NSW.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Source and close new business opportunities across Sydney and NSW
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor your performance metrics and sales targets
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Executive Management
  • Maintain accurate records through Salesforce CRM
  • Assist in implementing strategic sales objectives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention
What You'll Need
  • 1-2 years+ of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)
  • High level of organisation, task management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar) is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt, innovate and drive results in a fast-moving environment
  • A customer-first mindset and strong commercial acumen
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSW
