Known for their premium offerings and customer-centric approach, they are expanding their reach and seeking a dynamic Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth and cultivate new opportunities.
The Role:In this role, you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flooring and construction industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, contractors, and flooring professionals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Present the company’s eco-friendly and high-performance product range to potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
About You: - Proven success in sales or business development, ideally in flooring, construction, or related sectors.
- Strong ability to build rapport and foster lasting client relationships.
- A proactive and results-driven approach with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for sustainable and innovative product solutions.
- 3+ Experience working with technical or product-focused sales.
